Come as guests, leave as friends - the door mat describes the feeling during our stay at the guesthouse. Dennis and Martie are wonderful hosts and the view over the Puget Sound and the Olympic Peninsula at the horizon was fantastic. The Guesthouse leaves nothing to be desired. With the 10min. drive by car to Northgate Station and free parking at Thorton Place nearby during Mo to Fr you could catch the train to Seattle Downtown. It was a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable with clear instructions. Would definitely recommend! There is one other room on the top floor of this carriage house and your private bathroom is steps away across the hall. There is a small common room with a desk, fridge, microwave, and coffee machine.

Amazing stay – highly recommended! The experience was amazing from start to finish. The attention was incredible the host was always attentive, very responsive to our messages, and helped us with everything we needed during our stay. We truly felt supported the entire time. The room was super clean when we arrived and had everything we needed, which made our stay very comfortable. The location is also perfect: it’s close to the main attractions in Seattle, but at the same time it’s in a beautiful, quiet residential area. Walking around the neighborhood felt very safe, and the area itself is clean and lovely. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seattle!
