Communication was excellent. We used Whatsapp because my Spanish is not good. The room and rest of the hostal was well kept and clean. We really enjoyed our stay, and we liked it was a short walk from the central roads. We are also very grateful that we were able to leave a suitcase behind when we realized our multi day tour to Uyuni would not let us take both suitcases. Highly recommend Hostal Qachi Chentura.

Excellent accommodation! The staff are extremely hardworking and friendly—so much so that even the guests feel inspired to keep up with their kindness 😊. The place is spotlessly clean, with cozy territory inside and a spacious kitchen fully stocked with all kinds of tea, coffee, and more. Breakfasts are nice, and the blankets are warm and comfy. The hot shower works perfectly—just give it a minute to heat up. The location is also great: close to a supermarket and only about a hundred meters from one of the best stargazing spots—the desert itself. You can easily walk out to enjoy breathtaking views of the desert and mountains. Highly recommended for a comfortable, welcoming, and serene stay.

Firstly, we were very welcomed by Claudio and Rosana who were extremely polite, helpful and sweet. The location is very convenient, 5 minutes from the Main Street Caracoles and in front there’s a mini market to buy the essentials The room is bigger than other hotels and although the weather outside was cold, the room was super cozy and warm . There’s a big room’s cabinet to leave your clothes and outside a kitchen with all the utensils, a fridge and a microwave .
