The village is quiet and safe. There is a grocery store 2 mins walk away that is well stocked. The parking is secure behind a heavy duty gate and fence. Access is also very easy on a motorcycle.

We found ourselves caught up in some travel dramas, he was able to help us out with finding more information on the situation and also piece of mind we would be able to take things day by day at the hotel. He organised a taxi to the airport and confidence that things will work out well for us, given we don't speak Spanish. The other lad who was on the staff was just gorgeous, I felt pretty stressed and impatient, he was so nice, patient and did his best to make sure our stay was as good as it could possibly be. Thanks to these two and the cleaning / cafe staff. We are so grateful for your help and getting us out of Pasto. The neighbourhood is great, lots of places to eat and it's safe to walk around. Breakfast was actually pretty good also, good coffee.
