The hotel room was clean and beautiful, with a window overlooking the Nile River. When we arrived, they offered us a welcome drink at the roof. We arranged an excursion to Abu Simbel and an early-morning airport transfer through them. This meant they were available at very early hours to take the boat and help us cross the Nile. We had also arranged breakfast, but since we had to leave very early for Abu Simbel, they packed it for us in a box—an unexpected and very thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated.

The rooms are simple but functional. The hotel manager was very helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed the boat trip to the venue provided by the hotel.

The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, always ready to help and share information about the island and its history. Their hospitality made my trip even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was that the hotel allowed me to store my luggage overnight for free, which was very convenient and thoughtful. The room was also very clean and comfortable, meeting all my expectations.
