We arrived at the b&b on a rainy and cold day and we were warmly welcomed by the staff at the reception - we deeply appreciated the welcome drink and the homemade shortbread cookies. The room was clean, with everything you need and with a wonderful view on the loch. The breakfast was nice, especially the English breakfast options provided as well as the continental breakfast options. The staff working at the b&b is friendly and very kind, they give good suggestions on restaurants and on things to do

Corran Bunkhouse ligt in Lochaber in de buurt van Onich, aan de oevers van Loch Linnhe. Deze charmante accommodatie biedt kamers in een voormalig stapelbed met een stoombad en een keuken. Amazing experience! The room, the house, the location, all was perfect. Very clean, very comfortable. Our host was incredibly nice and helpful.

Atholl Villa Guest House ligt in het centrum van Pitlochry en is een particulier Victoriaans gebouw met uitzicht op Ben Vrackie. Excellent room, exceptionally clean and a wonderful reception. Staff were superb, helping with dinner recommendations. Their attention to detail shows throughout the property and their garden.

The Waterfront ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand van de haven en de jachthaven van Anstruther en biedt uitzicht over de Firth of Forth. The location was terrific. Right across from the harbour. Parking was a little frustrating as in most tourist destinations everywhere. The first night I purposely didn't arrive until around 5pm so did not have too much problems. The second day I had to park over a km away. Then before dinner I walked back and moved my car close to the hotel so it was easier packing up in the morning. This is a fantastic ambient renovated hotel. There were a number of different rooms in different sections of the premises. I was on the first floor on one section with a window overlooking a courtyard. This was a smaller room with a large single very comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom had been very tastefully renovated and I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 night stay. The meals in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast were delicious and varied. I did not bother trying anywhere else. I will certainly go and stay here again when I move back to Scotland permanently in a couple of months.

Lakeview Guest House is gelegen aan het strand in Stranraer. Deze accommodatie heeft familiekamers en een speeltuin. De accommodatie is allergievrije en ligt op 2 minuten lopen van Stranraer Beach. Great service. Very impressive

The Claymore is een mooie, Victoriaanse residence met een eigen oprijlaan, gratis parkeergelegenheid en tuinen op slechts 2 minuten wandelen van het centrum van Pitlochry. Perfect stay. Highly recommendable.

Cuilcheanna House B&B - near Glencoe is gelegen in Onich, op 14 minuten lopen van Loch Linnhe, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren en een gedeelde lounge. Whats not to like. Very nice room in a beautifull (just renovated) mansion with lovely view over the loch. Very comfy beds and Emma was very friendly. Breakfast looked amazing and had everything you need. Location wise just between Glencoe and Fort William. Shared dining & living room were small but comfy and intimate.

Kingston Guesthouse ligt in Edinburgh, op 39 km van Dumfries and County Golf Club en 42 km van Dumfries and Galloway Golf Club, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis WiFi en gratis privéparkeren.... Literally the best stay. It was super clean, and the room was so spacious. 10/10
