Awesome, large bathroom with shower, room was good size because we got the triple, nice design with an old typewriter and sewing machine which was cool. Nice Nespresso coffee machine and some packaged pastries which were nice to start the day off. Parking was free and close, there are a few steps to get to the apartment. Walking distance to the center of Montepulciano, around 8-10 minutes I’d say. Host was available for questions. Ac worked well for heating.

Lovely room which was very spacious. It actually felt like a mini apartment. It had terrace with amazing view over the town and the landscape. The host was very helpful and responded really quickly to any questions we had. I would love to stay there again .

The host was very welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and the home was extremely clean. We are walking the Via Francigena and the location is just off the trail. The host recommended an Italian restaurant for dinner and the food and service was very, very good. The host made us breakfast in the morning and it was a typical Italian breakfast with fresh bread, meats, cheeses, yogurt, granola, fresh fruits and delicious hot coffee with milk. The room had an adorable balcony with flowers. The bathroom had a spacious shower! The place to do laundry was only steps away from this home.
