The folks running the place clearly care about their guests and are very caring and kind. They provide tons of information about Hakata Island, and have curated a restaurant and map of where you can go for food since there isn’t too much on the island. We felt so cared for and looked after when we arrived after cycling for 4 hours in the pouring rain. Thank you so much for your kindness and we would happily return just to say hi and have more jams!

We went kayaking with the host and lt was such a nice experience. We got picked up and dropped off at the station, so we didn't have to walk with our luggage. There's a kitchen so you can cook for yourself, which we appreciated after eating out for 2 weeks.
