On the first day of our week trip to Mexico City I managed a faceplate 30 feet from the hotel door. The staff saw it on their outdoor security camera. The attention was fantastic. Ambulance called. Ice packs provided, and the manager went to a pharmacy to get some pain pills. He wouldn't even take payment. He brought me tea later in the day and checked up on me. Did I mention the location is perfect and on the best street in the city!
