I was by myself and felt very safe here with the gated community and security and overall niceness of the neighborhood. Martha was wonderful in making sure I had everything I needed and was very responsive to questions I had. I used the bicycle which was great for getting to the dive shop and into town for dinner, a great location for my needs. II loved floating in the pool and enjoying the patio area. I would definatley come here again if I'm back in Playa del Carmen.

What truly stood out to me was the fact that they offered free bicycles, allowing us to explore the area at my own pace. The hotel's served delicious breakfast and complimentary drinks in the evening. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay in Tulum.
