De Grift is the only place I will stay while in Apeldoorn. Marcel is a great communicator, the property is lovely, the bathroom and bath is amazing, and the location is perfect. The living area and bedroom area are one very large room but the partition provides privacy allowing very separate spaces. The building is old with a lot of character and it's been beautifully renovated. The coffee and tea stations is perfect and the complimentary wine is such a nice touch. It is within walking distance from the downtown area and Marcel provides bikes which allows for easy transportation around town. This time I had a car and they were very accommodating and allowed me to park it in the driveway. I really love this property and immediately feel relaxed and at home when staying there.

The location was perfect for us. Close to Eindhoven airport and then a short journey to Eftling Theme Park. The Surrounding town had everything we needed. Picking up the keys was super easy and specific instructions were given to arrive at the property. The guesthouse was clean, well-designed, and cozy for couples. I surprised my girlfriend and she loved it. The room had all the amenities we could want. Unfortunately, we did not get to use the swimming pool as it was too cold when we made it back in the evenings but the hosts kept it clean throughout our stay. The hosts were great. I would recommend this stay to couples who want to visit this area of the Netherlands.

Small cottage well equipped. Located at the end of the plot of the owner, you do need to walk past their house to get to the cottage, but there is privacy. Had everything we needed: kitchen, living room, and enough space to not feel cramped like in a hotel.
