Best accommodation we’ve stayed in Bangkok (and I’ve been here many times already to compare). The villa is in a perfect location inside the old town. I like how quiet the neighborhood is but how near it is to authentic thai eats and tourist spots like Grand Palace, Giant Swing, and Golden Mountain. There is a 7eleven nearby, vegan restaurant, and cafes. I love the charm and cleanliness of the place. The lounge area and room are super clean. I felt like it is cleaner and smells nicer in Villa Mungkala than in hotels! But the most special thing about our stay is how warm the people managing and running the villa are. IP was super helpful and the other ladies (in the kitchen and reception) were super nice, too! They always ask us if we need anything or if we need help with something. They’ll always welcome us back to the villa with smiles on their faces and it honestly felt like going home to family everytime.

A Plus Hometel - บ้านเอ๋ โฮมเทล is gelegen in Phetchaburi, op 1,7 km van Historisch Park Phra Nakhon Khiri, en biedt accommodatie met gratis fietsen, gratis privéparkeren, een tuin en een gedeelde... Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, dachten echt met ons mee. We hadden een kleine kamer geboekt en konden nog upgraden naar een grotere. Het ontbijt was met liefde samengesteld en we kregen er een gezellig gesprek bij. De eigenaar bracht ons naar het station nadat hij het zelf aanbood.

Excellent apartments for the price. Most importantly, everything was very clean, and the location is very convenient for exploring Bangkok. The inner courtyard feels like a safe and peaceful oasis — a perfect place to escape the city noise and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The host showed exceptional care: we only asked if we could leave our luggage before check-in, and when we arrived around 10:00, the room was already prepared for us. Highly recommended!

Everything is perfect! The guesthouse is super clean and the room smells so nice. Good WiFi, comfortable bed, and you get complimentary water. And the best thing is that the family is super friendly and helpful. I love staying here.

It has a lot of nice little things thought out. Such a caring approach is not often found in rented housing. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and bright enough. The air conditioning and internet are working fine. The kitchen was small, but it was convenient to cook in it. The beds are very comfortable. There were no unpleasant delays.
