Offering spacious rooms with ocean or Disney Resort views, it features 5 restaurants and indoor and outdoor pools. Staff were friendly, room was as pictured. Play area for kids was nice & by front desk. We also used the pool facility, you have to book a time but it was clean.

It was nice and very convenient as it was close to the train station! And the aqua city mall, and the park nearby to walk as well to enjoy the scenery

Extremely helpful and polite and courteous staff. Gorgeous views over the wooded valley and only 10 minutes walk from nearest bus stop with buses 4 to 5 times an hour. Really delicious French cuisine with Japanese accents. Very spacious apartment and wonderful hot spring onsen with tree canopy view to enjoy. Highly recommended

The room is spacious and very clean. Breakfast is delicious. I usually stay in the Hilton Hotel, but Grand Nikko Tokyo is much better than the Hilton Hotel. I highly recommend Grand Nikko Tokyo.

The hotel was well situated for the Disney monorail. I liked the free bus to the monorail . The shop for snacks was limited and we had to go to the Hilton for a better range. The double beds were very comfortable. I liked that the sink was separate from the shower and toilet as I was sharing the room with my Cousin.

Cleanliness and proximity to train stations. Decent space for connecting rooms for a family of 4. Includes 2 bathrooms that makes it easier to prep. I don’t understand some negative reviews on the breakfast but we really liked the options and variety. Nightly Sake and Japanese snacks for everyone. This isn’t the Four Seasons but its definitely a step up from a Courtyard or Hampton Inn. Highly recommend this hotel.

Room was excellent with beautiful cruise bay lookout Breakfast excellent both in the Garden room and the Lobby Cafe. For us the location was excellent. The Monarail between Grand Nikko and The Hilton was great. The Bar and Lounge was very pleasant and enjoyable after a busy day touring and shopping.

The best Hilton we stayed at! 24/7 gym, amazing pools open until 21.00, we got the best service ever. The hotel includes a shuttle from odawara station, and the service is sooo good! Everyone in the staff is kind, warm , and caring! Arrigato!! Thank you thank you thank you for such an amazing experience!!

LOCATION: Near Disney monorail (350M) and there was a shuttle that even brings you to 2 different monorail stations. FACILITIES: See pics, it was certainly no Holiday Inn. VALUE: This felt like a nice hotel, but was 70 USD/night cheaper than the Sheraton or Hilton 1 block over. ROOM: View of the water, good beds, amazing bathroom. Mother was very impressed with the look. DINNER - could use breakfast coupons to get sirloin, spring course meal set, or sashimi bowl
