A great find in Parma. We loved the quirky (to us), original townhouse house layout with 2 rooms per floor and the homely feel. Wonderful little garden with outside seating. It is in a quiet location, big park nearby and a quick walk across the bridges into the main old town, 15 minutes walk to the train station.

We had an amazing stay at this beautifully designed apartment right in the center of Parma. Before check-in, the host provided us with the most detailed and helpful instructions we’ve ever received - everything from how to get to the apartment and where to park (since it’s in a ZTL zone), to recommendations for local food and restaurants. We visited one of the suggested places and were absolutely blown away by the food - a truly unforgettable experience! The guide also included practical tips, such as how to find amenities in the apartment (like the washing machine) and how to sort the garbage properly. Even when we had questions during our stay, the host responded very quickly with clear and detailed answers. Every detail was carefully thought through, making our stay smooth, easy, and completely stress-free. Highly recommended!

Apartment is on 2nd floor in a secure building. Car parking is available in front of the building. It’s a safe area. Daniela was very kind. Communication was easy. We stayed for a night. Everything was fine. WLAN worked well. Packed Breakfast helped us during the early hours of our journey.

Excellent stopover with lovely hosts who are really helpful and kind . Not the prettiest building from the outside but fantastic inside. Everything you need is there. Pizza restaurant round the corner and an excellent Ristorante just 4 minutes drive away near the Conad turnoff. Host keeps bees - the honey is a must buy 🤗

We spent a few days in the apartment of Vincenzo. It was a lovely and relaxing stay during our trip to Italy. The house is spaceous, clean and well equiped. It has a beutifull garden as well, thus we find refresment at the end of the day. It is not far from Parma app. 20 minutes, the city Felino is full of prosecuto factory. The Castle of Torrechiara is also worth visiting nearby(5 mins). Vincenzo and his family were very charming and helpful.
