Luxury property, in a great location, where we felt safe and could walk to shops and restaurants. The pool was fantastic (private & not overlooked), BBQ / outside cooking area, roof top terrace (great views and cooking space) and separate balconies. Having a lift for the 3 levels was an added bonus. Big bedrooms, great bathrooms, lots of storage space, very clean, we did not want to leave. Host was great at organizing transport, recommending the best places to shop and sightseeing. Highly recommended

Honestly, this Villa was perfect for my family. The location had great security, there were different shops and restaurants available within the compound, and our host was very attentive! We are definitely going to stay in this villa again for our next trip to Egypt!

The place is so clean and so comfy and the house manager is so friendly. If you looking for a perfect place away from all the noise and traffic and cairo madness that would be the place to stay. Would defiantly recommend it to everyone.

I liked the location of the Villa the most, which is in a quiet neighborhood, isolated from noise, and close to the city and all facilities. Also, I liked even more the owner Mrs. Sherwet, who is so kind, wonderful person and always available for anything we need. Thank you Sherwet for everything!

My stay at the villa in Palm Valley, Sheikh Zaid, 6th October City was absolutely delightful. The villa itself is spacious with a beautiful garden, and Mr. Ahmed, the host, was incredibly accommodating. The cleanliness and modern amenities provided made it a comfortable and cozy retreat within the compound. Additionally, the convenience of having shops within walking distance added to the overall positive experience. Moreover, the proximity to the pyramids, major malls, community centers, and coffee shops made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Highly recommended!"

It was the perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional charm, and the attention to detail in every corner was exceptional. A special shoutout to Mohamed, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. From the warm welcome to his quick responses to any requests, his hospitality was outstanding. He truly made us feel at home and added a personal touch to the whole experience. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Cairo, this villa is an absolute must. I can’t recommend it highly enough and can’t wait to come back!
