The house is in a great, quiet spot with easy walkable access to the buzzy Abeo area with karaoke spots, izakayas, and a shopping centre. Two metro lines and a tram stop are nearby. Clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Host allowed us to store luggage for a few hours after check out. Overall, a great experience.

Udatsuya ligger i Nishinari (bydistrikt)-distriktet i Osaka, kun 19 minutters gang fra Abe Oji Shrine. Her er en have, et fælles opholdsområde, en terrasse og en restaurant. Our family of three stayed for 3 days at Udatsuya. We had read a lot of rave reviews about the house and the hostess Niho-san and wanted a special place to celebrate my milestone birthday. We had the most wonderful and memorable stay here. The house was a delightful mix of traditional old world Japanese charm with fully modern amenities especially the bathrooms, a small pretty Japanese garden and a resident cat. The futon beds were super comfy and so were the duvets. It was lovely walking on the tatami mats. The entire home was spic and span and neat. But what really made the difference was the absolutely amazing hospitality of the owner Niho-san, a very nice, soft spoken , kind, powerhouse of a lady. Her attention to detail , her cooking skills ( she made the most delicious chicken curry by watching YouTube just for us) and her genuine caring attitude for her guests were commendable. We had lots of luggage so she picked us up from the airport, dropped us off to the station. She did our laundry every day like she does for all her guests and what a pleasure it was to get our clothes back every evening neatly folded and clean. She made lovely breakfast for us and even had sandwiches ready for us when we arrived the first day. Highly recommend this place for the house and the hostess.

The villa is very comfortable and well equipped. For this price point in Japan, it is rare to find a private house with such good facilities. Having two toilet areas and a separate shower room, together with a private dining space, made the stay very convenient and comfortable, especially for families. The host is responsive and easy to contact, which is reassuring as this is a private accommodation rather than a hotel. Location-wise, it is a good base. It is close to major attractions such as the Osaka Aquarium, the Ferris wheel, USJ area, and nearby shopping and dining options. There are also small eateries and supermarkets within walking distance. Osaka-ko Station is very nearby, making transport easy. Parking is available. While the garage may not be suitable for larger vehicles (such as 7-seaters or large MPVs), there are many paid parking options outside nearby. Overnight parking outside is reasonably priced and easy to find using Google Maps. The house is a three-storey property, so guests with large or heavy luggage should take their time when carrying bags upstairs. For drivers with bigger cars, the on-site garage may not be practical, and parking outside is required (paid separately). The neighbourhood is residential and not a touristy area. This is not a negative point, but guests should be mindful to respect local customs and be considerate of neighbours, as residents value quietness and rules. Overall, the house feels spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the facilities inside are of a very high standard.

The three bedrooms are located on the second floor, while the dining area, living room, and bathroom are on the first floor, which is very convenient and clean. Before check-in, I also asked the owner some questions and received very prompt replies with clear instructions. If you're driving there yourself, the location is easy to find, and there is sufficient parking space. However, the street at the entrance is a bit narrow, so if the vehicle is too long, you may need to back into the parking spot.

JAPAVISTA Unlimited ligger i Osaka Bay-distriktet i Osaka, 2,5 km fra Minatokumin Center, 2,6 km fra Wiste Mall og 3 km fra Nankeiji Temple. The property was extremely clean and we loved the theming throughout the entire property. There were plenty of dishes and linens for all of our needs. It was in a great location for all the places we wanted to visit while we were there. I think the biggest highlight of the property was the indoor interactive playground that our kids had a blast playing with.
