It was on the 17th floor. I loved the view of my room and the bed. The lift was fast and there were not many people. I like how the staff was helping me understand what they offer.

We really enjoyed our 4 nights stay at this hotel. Our room was the best. It was super clean, bed was comfortable and the air-con was quiet which is so important. They thought about putting power points and charging ports next to the bed and next to the tv. It was very convenient. The buffet breakfast was super delicious. Every day we had variety of food and desserts. The staff were lovely as well. Even though their English was limited they did their best to use translation app and help us. Hotel was 15 mins drive from Wangfujing street, which wasn’t bad because didi was super cheap. We loved cycling back from Wangfujing to our hotel and took approx 20-25 minutes. It was the best way to look around and soak in with the city atmosphere.

Much thanks to Mia in the reception, who helped us to get a taxi to the airport in the rain. We couldn't solve it on our own, and it was very stressful for us. She really came through when we needed her. She also gave us great advice about restaurants and shopping nearby.
