Room was big & the staff was so polite & extremely helpful. Antoinee helped us with alot of information which really helped us. Location of this hotel is Fab as its a 2 min walk from the main station.

Staff were friendly especially the young lady at the reception (Mirin). We do not speak French yet she was able to answer all questions on how to get around Paris, provided information Navigo cards for access to trains and busses, The room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely consider again for our next visit to Paris. Thank you for your assistance and service.

Loved how welcoming and kind the reception staff were especially Ms. Araci and the house-keeping staff (i did not catch his name) who kindly took the time to show me how to work the in room coffee machine. The rooms and every part of the hotel was always very clean. Loved how close the Miromesnil metro station was (just a two minute walk) and there were so many shops and restaurants nearby.

The hotel was really good and the staff were polite and helpful. Good location if you are looking for a place close to the airport CDG, especially when travelling with a pet (important: the hotel charges an extra €20 pet fee - value in April/2023). You can get to the hotel for free by using the airport train and walking a few minutes. The room was nice and clean, with good toiletries available, and I think our room was soundproof because we couldn’t hear anything from the airport, which made our pet (a small cat) more relaxed. The hotel restaurant is good and they have vegetarian options, we had dinner and breakfast there.

Overall, a great experience. Brand new hotel with modern and impeccably clean rooms. Perfect heating/cooling system, convenient underground parking. The staff were very friendly and eager to please.

It was perfect for what we needed it for which was a place to stay for the night before our long flight home. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We like our stay at the Holiday Inn in Edinburgh which is part of the reason we chose this hotel.
