United KingdomThis property has clearly been refurbished recently and it’s been well done. However what made this stay standout, were the staff and the service we were given. It’s not often that you can generalise a comment like that but on this occasion it’s true - from beginning to end the service was excellent, there was a lovely vibe here - it’s a well run hotel!!! I would go as far as saying that for a hotel of this type it is the best I’ve stayed in! Well done to all👏👏👏

Every aspect matched expectations of the highest standard for a Holiday Inn Express. Smiling staff, modern, clean, bright, central location. Great bed. The location, bang opposite the main station was terrific.

Holiday Inn Express at Templemeads is my ‘go to’ hotel when I’m passing through Bristol. Staff are friendly, room comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast is excellent. Close proximity to the rail station is a huge benefit for onward travel. I always feel comfortable and it’s not too expensive

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express For 3 nights But I could not stay my 3 nights. I could only stay 2 because I had a very aggressive guest. Who will stay next door and keep on knocking on my door Yeah, reported it to the reception team leader. But we got so fellow in the end. We just packed our stuff and left. The
They do not have a restaurant. But the Daytime staff was very happy and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and tidy. And a Housekeeper with very helpful and friendly.

Excellent service from all of the staff and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had plus the selection, omelette bar, pancake orders etc at any Holiday Inn hotel. I’ve stayed at many! :-)

It’s a standard Holiday Inn Express, you get what you get. Pub next door was a better option for food.

Great location, staff very friendly and efficient. Lively and clean and fantastic breakfast.
Only downside was the sofa bed was uncomfortable for our 17 year old but that's no fault of the hotel as they're only for up to 10 year olds apparently.
We always use holiday inn hotels as they're great value for money.
