the staff here are exceptional. very polite and helpful and always smiling . location , facilities are great, the rooms are always clean . the best staff I've ever come across. from reception to the security and doorman . they even have there own tours desk just next to elevator. a perfect experience. I even booked an extra 3 days . thank you.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and everything was absolutely perfect. The room was impeccably clean, spacious and beautifully designed. The staff was incredibly friendly to ensure a comfortable stay. We arrived before checkin time, but they asked us to sit down with a drink and after half an hour they had one room free to move in. The hotel’s facilities, especially the pool where I could swim several laps by myself in the morning was top-notch. Also the gym.was great. The location close to the BTS was also ideal making it easy to explore the city. Still after reading some of the reviews I see that there are always some people that will never be satisfied.

Fantastic hotel, the rooms were spacious, well equipped and thoughtfully planned. Comfortable beds with choice of pillow provided. Very clean, absolutely no "hotel" smells at all. Good quality bathroom toiletries provided. We had a very comfortable stay. The hotel food is amazing, specially breakfast spread. And the best part is the location - just 5 min walk through the skywalk to all the major shopping haunts.
