We had our flight cancelled to return home at midnight and had to book our own accommodation as the airline could not help. We arrived at the hotel worrying about what to do and worrying about funds for the rest of the time whilst stuck in Chicago. Veronica on the desk took all of that worry away, ensuring we felt welcomed, calm and looked after. She was amazing from the minute we checked in. We were forced to book a second night due to our flight allocation and she ensured we would not have to move rooms and made what should have been stressful, stress free. We could not thank her enough.

The staff went above and beyond to provide an impeccably clean place, incredibly friendly staff and the best Holiday Inn breakfast I've had. I rarely write reviews but this location was truly amazing. I'll go back to Naperville BECAUSE of this hotel. It was that good!

The location was great, the breakfast was ok if you eat sausage and pancakes. Need more options could offer instant grits just like the oatmeal. Fruitloop cereal change the breakfast up daily. Great shopping areas near the hotel
