The staff was very accommodating, really friendly, helpful, professional and kind. The hotel was very clean with a nice pool, hottub and exercise room. The room was huge, clean. The bed was very comfortable but a little bit too high. A refrigerator and a microwave served for our comfort. I loved all the full-size Dove products in the bathroom. A car is needed in the area. We enjoyed exploring Williamsburg, Norfolk, Busch Gardens and returning to this hotel each night. This hotel offers a hot breakfast (omelet, sausage etc.). Other options are also available (fruits, juice, cereals, yogurt, jam, toast, bagels, etc.).

Love the pool, breakfast and the cleaning staff and my girl at the front desk (I don’t remember her name but she’s an Army vet and she’s black) she made the stay better and even gave suggestions on places we can visit since we came from New York! The location is super convenient but we eventually ended up staying at the best western which surprisingly much better than the holiday inn we were at and it was cheaper!

I was really impressed by the design and furnishings of my room. The bedding and the bed itself were extremely comfortable and I really liked having as much desk space as this property made available. The overall feeling of cleanliness and being new really boosted my impression. We have a family member who will attend William & Mary soon and when I got home from my trip, I got in touch and recommended that we use this Holiday Inn Express as our base when we go to visit. Highly recommended!
