Excellent staff so so helpful we travelled from Ireland for a family funeral and the hotel staff could not do enough for us we will be back for sure

In the waterfront area of Cardiff Bay’s old East Dock, only 20 minutes’ walk from the heart of the city centre, this modern hotel offers a restaurant, bar and terrace and is situated just 500 metres... The hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas (rooms, breakfast area, etc) and the staff is amazing! I am gluten intolerant and everyone was incredibly helpful with that and provided a lot of options for me. It was also my boyfriend’s birthday and they gave him a lot of chocolate for breakfast!! we greatly appreciated it and we will definitely recommend this property, both for the friendliness of the staff and the overall quality of the hotel. we felt at home!

Holiday Inn Newport is situated in Newport, just off junction 24 of the M4. It was clean very comfortable nice decor
