The rooms are clean, and there’s a small but well-equipped gym with a treadmill, bike, elliptical, and some dumbbells. Breakfast is nice, though I wish they had ketchup! Secure parking is available. The security guard was especially helpful, friendly, and spoke English. When we checked in, the lady at the front desk didn’t speak English, but she was still very kind and welcoming. Overall, a great stay.

Each bright, air-conditioned room at Holiday Inn Tuxtla Gutiérrez has modern décor. There is a desk, a flat-screen TV and a coffee maker. There is a small area for children to play at. We found it very nice because after a long journey our child was able to stretch, run and play at the playground. Thank you for that little space for children.

The modern rooms have free Wi-Fi, a private bathrooms and a flat-screen TV. The closeness to the mall, and various locations to distract yourself.
