Breakfast covers the most important items of a good breakfast and customer service here is superb. Especial for the front desk personnel such as Flor and the lobby men like Kevin. Rooms are comfortable, have a nice AC unit and cleanliness is top-notch. We did not use it. But right in the lobby is a Tour Agency with a repertoire of activities in case you need to do something extra or else previously not planned. This will be our go to hotel for stays at Playa del Carmen
