The staff were very friendly, especially Kung. They upgraded my room, which was a wonderful surprise. My villa was quiet, clean, spacious and I enjoyed a massage at Serenity inside the hotel, as well as the gym, pool, breakfasts, and dinners. The beach was just a few minutes’ walk away and was quiet and clean. Getting to Bangla Road takes about a 15-minute drive. I had an amazing time staying at the Holiday Inn and will definitely come back

A 20-minute drive from lively Patong beach, the hotel features 3 restaurants and bars and up to 3 outdoor pools with water slides. The staff was amazing! They went above and beyond to make out stay the best possible. We got extra massage, fruit shakes, fruits and countless bottles of water. Inside there is a gym, gaming room, amazing pool with slides, arcade and so much more. Amazing value compared to other stays for the same price. Our room was huge! And the breakfast. Amazing! Plenty of choice and refills, they never run out of food. I recommend this stay!
