Holiday Inn Express - NYC Brooklyn - Sunset Park by IHG ligger i Brooklyn, 8,5 km fra National September 11 Memorial & Museum og 8,7 km fra Brooklyn Bridge. everything was as expected and in place the Reciption staff was amazing and more than excellent specially Mr. Mostafa he was awesome if I come back again this may because I want to have friendly conversations and good time again, moreover the cleansing was perfect and room service came everyday and the breakfast was simple but the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and 2 minutes away from metro station and bus. overall experience is fantastic.

Good lighting, comfy bed and it was surprisingly quiet with being so close to a main road and an airport. Complimentary breakfast — that included a pancake maker! Staff was super friendly and they offer a shuttle to and from LaGuardia, just let the receptionist know when you land/leave and they take care of the rest.

They were very friendly. Especially the young lady that was at the front desk when we checked in. My mom had a Walker and she isn’t able to help me with the luggage at all. I have to handle all our luggage. This young lady at the front desk helped us all the up to our room on the 18th floor with our luggage. My mom was giving her $5.00 for being so nice to help us with our luggage and she wouldn’t take it. She said that it was her pleasure to help us.

The location is near bus stop that would take you to a subway station to the city and Trader Joe’s. The staff are very friendly and accommodating (especially Nicol and Areceli). They let us check in early which helped us to enjoy more our trip to the city. There’s gym in the location, free breakfast, 24hr coffee/tea. They can store your luggage if you want to check out early and still have time to go explore the city before leaving.
