I enjoyed the beautiful scenery as I walked alone in the morning and evening. Breakfast is provided. I checked out early in the morning on my departure day, and they prepared a simple meal for me the night before. I appreciate their kindness.

Hernan went above and beyond to accommodate us after a delayed ferry due to poor weather! He was very responsive and sent us information prior to arrival and during the stay! Extremely family friendly! He even brought us fresh laid eggs! Highly recommend and will return!

La Colmena eco lodge in La Ensenada biedt accommodatie met uitzicht op de tuin, een tuin, een gedeelde lounge, een terras en een bar. It is located in a very tranquil setting but close to major tourist sites in the area. It has a great deal of character and charm in a beautiful natural setting. Victoria and her staff are wonderful.

Not exactly in the centre but a great location nonetheless! The room was super comfortable and the staff very friendly. I wish I’d had more time to stay there and use the deck that overlooks the estuary!

Hostal Casa Damasco ligt in Ancud, op 15 minuten lopen van Playa Arena Gruesa, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren en een gedeelde lounge. The location was amazing. Literally like 1 minute to the coast from the hostel(walking) and only a few blocks from the artisanal market and to the towns’ busy area. The house was decorated beautifully and was very spacious. The host Raúl was very intelligent, well mannered, and informative. Though, I didn’t use it, he offers tours in his Hostel (penguins, the town, etc). Very good communication with him and he recommended us good places to eat and where to visit within Ancud and where to go afterwards. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was perfect. Private parking available upon request. Central AC in the house, so we slept nice and warm.

Casa Azul ligt in het centrum van Puerto Varas, op slechts 7 minuten van het centrale plein, supermarkten, het strand en het casino. Beste hostel van onze reis. Alles heel proper en faciliteiten naar Europese normen!

Hostel Casa Apel ligt in Puerto Varas, Los Lagos, op 19 minuten lopen van de El Paseo Pier. Staff was great and especially the kitchen very well equipped! We enjoyed our time and would definately come back :)

13 Lunas Hostel ligt in Ancud, op 18 minuten lopen van Playa Arena Gruesa, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren, een gedeelde lounge en een terras. Lovely hostel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I loved the kitchen - big, homey, and filled with everything you need to cook. The staff wonderful - helpful, patient, and kind! The hostel arranged a penguin tour and kayaking tour for me - both a lot of fun. The hostel is located right across the street from Bus Sur Station so if you are planning to travel here by bus from Castro or Puerto Montt, take Bus Sur! It's alos located just a few blocks from the shore and from many restaurants, supermarket, and cafes.
