WiFi is good. Just know that the room does not have a full kitchen. It does include a toaster, a small electrical oven and a small refrigerator. It was a very comfortable stay and we enjoyed it!

It is very clean and comfortable and like back home, the manager and team are very friendly and give me a huge help.

We stayed 5 nights to explore Torres del Paine Nationalpark and really eecommend the Hostal now after we've been there. From the hostel it took us about 1h30min to 2h to get to the most popular miradors in the park which we visited by car. The hostal is not in the center of Natales so a car is definitely needed. The host at Hostal el Puestero was Patricia, who was very helpful from the beginning. Helped us plan our trips with knowlege of the del Paine Park and also surrounding Parks with possible excursions. Breakfast is really nice, good coffee and toast, some fruits available and even self baked pieces. Very delicious. Also when we asked for a possibility to wash our clothes in Puerto Natales she offered to wash our clothes which was very much to our convenience and also fair price. To sum it up we can really recommeend the place also because prices are really fair and most importantly you get a lot of support by Patricia. Please be aware that you have to speak spanish, otherwise you get along well with google translator as well.
