A nice and friendly family running this hostal with a lot of love. Our room was amazing, the bath and shower top! The WiFi was good enough and the food was excellent. Free banana bread, tea, coffee and water made it just perfect. Go here and not in the overhyped cloud forest.

Cabañas Quilotoa heeft een tuin, een gedeelde lounge, een terras en een restaurant in Quilotoa. Just 3 minutes walk from the rim of the crater! Quilotoa is chilly but the wood fire chimney in the room made a big difference as did the always available hot tea and coffee in the restaurant and hot water in the showers. The breakfast is good and plenty of food to fuel the hike. A lot of people do day trips to Quilotoa but I'd really recommend staying a night or two. Do the walk around crater in the early morning for great views!

I needed to use a computer at a cyber cafe, and Javier offered to let me use his laptop for the morning because he wasn’t using it. Really great service.

We stayed at this hostel before and after hiking to the summit of Cotopaxi :) the owner is really helpful to organize such a trip, he has all the equipment and the experience is really good price. We enjoyed our stay!
