The property features garden and quiet street views, and is 29 km from Carrara Convention Center. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk and a lift for guests. Super super clean room, large and very modern, exactly as per the photos or even better. We had room 4 with a small garden view. The bad is comfortable, and there are extra pillows if needed. The bathroom is exceptional, and the shower has good pressure, nice toiletries provided. Coffee machine with capsules + small snack + tea offered the 2 days stay + water for the first night. Every room has its entrance through the common area (large corridor), smells nice everywhere... Lina and her son Jorgen (speaks english) are very nice and helpful. They did the check-in and checkout in person, and we communicated with Google translate when needed with no issues. The location is great, 3 minutes from La Spezia train station and 5 minutes walking to downtown (restaurants), a very quiet area. They allowed us to leave our luggage for a couple of hours after checkout. Recommended 100%.
