Romey and his wife were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We went out for dinner, but wished we had reserved a meal with Romey as we were able to sample a bit and it was delicious!

The owners were so kind and thoughtful, walking us through the checkin process and tour. They made us feel so at home. The room was amazing, we had Japanese style with tatami mats and slept on futons. I highly recommend staying in one of these rooms instead of the regular beds. You don’t have your private bathroom, but they’re right outside your door and the bath is lovely. Yukatas were also provided so we enjoyed the full experience. Lovely location. You do walk up a hill from the bus, but it’s worth the climb. Amazing views. Shirahama beach is beautiful, and there is a nice cafe/shop down the road where you can eat until 7pm. There’s also a seven eleven at the base of the hill. So beautiful, so much care, and it was like we had a nice home stay. Will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place with an amazing view. The rooms were lovely, well-equipped, and just a 10-minute walk from the beach. Katsu is a very kind, attentive, and helpful host – we truly appreciated his support and interest. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would warmly recommend it to anyone. Thank you so much for the great experience!

Absolutely nice and warm welcoming. Owner is extremely helpfull and even proposed to give us a lift with his car each time we nedeed it. Room is perfectly clean, as well as bedding and private bathroom. Fridge, microwave, kettel, table and 2 chairs. Excellent wifi. TV. Very peacefull. Up the hill with wonderful view.
