We loved the on-site amenities, including the charming fish pond, free bicycles for exploring the countryside, a fun pool table for evening games, and even a swimming pool to cool off after a day of adventures. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. But what really touched us was Hana and her team. From the first day, they treated me and my family not like guests, but like their own family. Hana arranged our airport pick-up, helped us with taxis, guided us patiently about Ninh Binh, and was always there whenever we needed anything. Their kindness, care, and genuine warmth meant more to us than we can explain in words. We didn’t just stay here — we created beautiful memories. I truly, wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ninh Binh. You won’t just find a stay here, you’ll find people who care.

Amazing homestay, the facilities are all brand new and super clean and comfortable. There are flowers and greenery all around as well as a pool creating a relaxing environment. Bicycles are available if needed to get you to any of the nearby attractions or city center. Most importantly Lan and her family go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. The food was always amazing, I ate almost all my meals here for 5 days. Lan also helped with laundry, booking my bus to my next destination, and driving me to the bus and making sure it was the correct one. They go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. Will definitely be returning next time I am in Nihn Bihn!

A lot of other reviews also say this, but it is genuinely true, this was the best place we stayed in Vietnam. It's owned and run by a family and they made it the cosiest and most comfortable stay possible. They offered transfers from Hanoi at competitive prices. The girl who checked us in also helped us out with an itinerary and got us on an incredible tour the next day (with a guy named Dang, truly lots of fun and all the major sightseeing spots). Every time we returned to the hotel they brought us fresh tea, fruit and home baked snacks (whoever made the chocolate cookies did an amazing job). The bed was large and comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. We didn't do any laundry there so can't speak to the price or anything, but knowing how amazing the staff were there I'm sure they'd be able to help.
