- they change bed sheets every day - cool rooftop kitchen - you can book cheap activities with them - really kind owner !!! There are a lot of cats, because she owns a lot and cares for all on the island!! So if you book a room there, you‘ll support the cats aswell!! Would come back 10000% !!!

If you’re looking for a hostel in Caye Caulker I would really recommend this one! We have been to the others on the island and this is by far the cleanest and tidiest. It’s super well equipped with a kitchen, extra showers and toilets, and an outdoor seating area. The staff clean the rooms every day and there are fans available, with AC switched on from 6pm-8am while I was there. Really recommend!

All hostels in San Pedro

Looking for a hostel?

Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

My private room had a large covered balcony with a hammock overlooking the water. I spent a lot of time there. It is the only hostel on the water in San Pedro. The room itself was fine; the bed comfortable (it's a bunk bed -- the bottom is a double & the top a single), but the balcony's the thing in this room.
