This accommodation is very good. Had I known that there were only two bookable rooms, I would have booked again for the remainder of my stay in Larnaca. There is a modern bathroom and kitchen area. It's also close to the Finikoudis bus stop and the beach. The owner's directions were great. I had a very comfortable stay at Kypa rooms and would definitely stay again.

I especially appreciate the great and friendly communication. Me and my daughter; we stayed just over the night. Clean accommodation, comfortable room and bed with warm blanket (especially appreciated when traveling in February), clean shared bathroom and kitchen.
