The staff were absolutely incredible. Patrick, Evelyn and Hannah and their mascot Dougall are wonderful company and always around to assist with anything from pouring the best pints to recommending the most stunning hikes. It is definitely a place I cannot wait to go back to.

The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel is just opposite the bus station so it's very convenient for everybody that use public transport. The hotel is close to nearly all main attractions in town. Ness deli is the small coffee shop, just opposite the hotel, good for breakfast & coffee. Highly recommended!!!

best ever value for money for our family of 5. great location - close to restaurants, best ever souvenir shop at the petrol station. Warm, clean, friendly. simple but wonderful. we had a 6 bed room for us only, good bathroom with warm water for everyone. comfortable beds with warm covers. good breakfast. a nice bar. pretty garden to enjoy sun if it appears there and you have some time. good parking.
