Hostels in Opatija

Great location, lovely breakfast and super friendly nice and hospitable staff. People at the reception were great and our heart goes to the lovely lady serving breakfast. She was super nice, felt like home :) definitelly a feel-good accommodation.

I had no idea that the Botel was actually a former ferry, and thus docked on the sea. It was a pleasant surprise, like finding out you are going to be staying on the Queen Mary in Los Angeles, a stately ocean liner from Titanic days. This is of course much smaller and not as luxurious, but it gives the same fun feel of being on an ocean liner with decks and views over the sea and port holes for windows. It is smack dab in the center of town, moored on the riva main promenade, but I did not hear anything in my room, it was so quiet and peaceful. The bed was big and firm, very comfortable, and I slept very well. The water pressure in the shower was way better than mine at home in Hvar! The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating, and the breakfasts were great, and included in the extremely reasonable price. I really loved everything about this stay. Thank you to the wonderful staff! And also PS, it was extremely hot outside, but the air conditioning in my room was amazing and I was able to adjust it to a temperature that was absolutely ideal for me, so every time I walked in, I was greeted by refreshing, cool air that was just right. So critically important during a heat wave (more and more common all the time).

Nice kitchen, room and toilets

Great stay. Location is not in the centre but is near the Trsat Castle which is a must visit anyway! comfortable to sleep with the air conditioned rooms.

Everything was perfect! I can reccomend it to you. Very close to the city centre and there was a very kind stuff. The room was clean and comfy. Thank You.
