Staff was amazing & very helpful. Food & drinks were great! The hostel it's self and amenities were really nice. & the dormrooms were set up nicely to give everyone a bit more privacy.

The location is a bonus. Very near to attractions, convenient store, restaurants (even a halal restaurants), near to the night market, Sisowath Quay (spending morning and evening walk here). The dorm is comfortable enough, the bathrooms are super clean. What I like the most is the hostel staffs. I feel very welcomed here. I reached around 8am, the help me with everything. Storing my luggage while waiting for the check in time. Then, they as well assist me with my booking for bus/van to Siem Reap. They even go extra miles on this booking process by suggesting me which is more comfortable, more value of money, help to engage me with the bus/van operator. I definitely will stay here again in future if come to Phnom Penh again.

The room was clean and neat, and the staff was super friendly, day or night. I even bugged the night shift for a charger, and they still welcomed me with a smile when I came in at 2 pm. I'll definitely stay there again.

The staff in the hotel was very professional and kind - I arrived earlier than the check in hour and they let me into the room without me even asking about that possibility. The room was modern and spacious. The hotel is very close to the Genocide Museum, mini markets, gym, restaurants. At the same time it was very quiet. I wish I was staying in Phnom Penh longer to enjoy Emerald Hotel!
