It's a brand new venture, so everything is in good condition as one can expect. I had no time to spend in the area, but I believe there are walking trails, an old castle one can walk to. There is a little minimarket about 100m away. The bed was comfortable, a wonderful bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and the owner and his son were fantastic hosts. They collected me from the airport and took me back to the airport the very next morning. They have a beautiful garden with a barbecue area. If I had more time, I would have liked to explore the area, since I like walking.

Perfectly fine rooms, no complaints. Some might find the neighbourhood a bit rough (not me), but the place itself and the inside of the rooms is nice, clean and everything you need.

the entrance is clearly marked from the street. the lobby is decorative and inviting. free games are classic a nice. the central kitchen is convenient. the mattresses are comfortable. even with 5 people in the room I had a great night sleep. the shower had good water.
