I arrived at the hostel after having had a pretty terrible experience at Torres del Paine and Andres was super nice and caring to me. He was super supportive and all the little details in the hostel also helped to make me feel comfortable. I particularly liked that the breakfast was prepackaged into re-usable bags (with home-made alfajores!) and some general concern for the environment throughout. The curtains in front of the beds were great for privacy and a power outlet, lamp and storage bag next to the bed were very convenient. There were soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. Location is just off the main road. I'd definitely stay there again.

It's 6mins a bit up the hill - from the bus station but it's a bit far from town centre. I used it for one night coming back from El Chalten and taking flight the next day to Santiago.
