Situated in Basel and with Messe Basel reachable within 1.2 km, Silo Design & Boutique Hostel Basel features express check-in and check-out, allergy-free rooms, a living room, free WiFi throughout the... Had a really lovely 1 night stay at this thoughtful but relaxed hostel. Beautiful modern architecture, spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful staff, amazing breakfast in a relaxing lounge room, very well connected to public transport to easily get into the city centre. The breakfast is superb because the ingredients are all 10/10 top quality and healthy, and 1 barista coffee is included. As with all Basel hostels, you get a free BaselCard here that gives you free unlimited public transport use for 3 days, and museum discounts. I read that they have free bikes for guests but I didn’t use them. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Dit designhostel ligt vlak bij de oevers van de Rijn, naast de oude stadspoort van St. Alban. I booked this hostel super last-minute after WizzAir randomly denied me boarding — they claimed I asked for a refund (which I *definitely* didn’t). Total chaos. Found this place quickly and honestly, it was such a lucky find! At reception, there was this guy — I think his name was Vadim (sorry if I got it wrong, I was kinda stressed out) — and he was *so* kind. Seriously, he helped calm me down just by being nice. I’d stayed at another branch of this hostel before in Baden where I had to rent a towel, but Vadim just gave me one for free. After an expensive travel hiccup, that small gesture meant a lot. It reminded me that there *are* still good people out there. That night, I ended up having the whole room to myself (major win!), bed was already made, and I just passed out. Shared bathroom and shower were clean and totally fine. Breakfast in the morning was simple but filling. The location? Super convenient. All in all, I loved it. Clean, comfy, chill vibes, and amazing staff. Huge shoutout to Vadim — you made a rough night so much better. Would 100% stay again!

Just 300 metres from the SBB Basel railway station (exit Gundeldingen), Hostel by Hyve Basel offers budget accommodation just a 15-minute walk from Basel's city centre. Everything was perfect, better than the most hotels I stayed until now

Basel Backpack is gehuisvest in een gerenoveerde historische fabriek, op slechts 10 minuten van het centraal station van Basel. I found the rooms, kitchen and the toilets clean.

Basel-Stadt Gundeldingen Zimmer 403, WC in the hallway, outside the room ligt in Bazel, op 2,4 km van Joods Museum van Basel en 2,6 km van Schaulager. Very comfortable property, felt all my needs were met.

This room was impeccably clean and very easy to access. I expected to be in a dark,barely supportable room with dirty corners and a dirty bathroom. How amazed I was to find a super clean room, kitchen and bedroom. Good job!

Basel-Stadt Gundeldingen Zimmer 404, ligt in Bazel, op 2,8 km van Basler Pfalz en 1,7 km van S AM Schweizerisches Architekturmuseum. Wonderful! I love that it has a kitchen, refrigerator, stove just like at home.
