Penny who works at the hostel accompanied us on the panda volunteering program which was very special. It’s easy to get around from the hotel you can walk or get a taxi easily to the different parts of Chengdu. There are nice restaurants very close by. The bar downstairs has a cool atmosphere.

The accommodation offers room service, a 24-hour front desk and organising tours for guests. Really nice and clean hostel. Great amenities. It’s in the city center so quite convenient.

Highly recommended by the Lonely Planet Guidebook, Teddy Bear Hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Mount Emei Scenic Area. It houses a teddy bear themed Café and accommodation with free internet access.

Teddy Bear Hotel is beside Baoguo Bus Station, a 10-minute walk from the famous Baoguo Temple of Mount Emei and 6.5 km from Emei Town. Chengdu Emei Railway station is 10 km away. The room was clean and the facilities were all working well. What I liked most about this accomodation however was the staff, especially Andy. He is a very kind and knowledgeable man who will go out of his way to make sure you feel comfortable and prepared for whatever it is you want done. His information saved us, and he is an expert in what he does, pleasing and going beyond for his clients.

The property is around 7.7 km from Leshan Giant Buddha, 30 km from Leshan Railway Station and 33 km from Emeishan Railway Station. Baoguo Temple, Emeishan is 34 km from the hostel and Emeishan Tour Passenger Transport Centre is 34 km away. Delightful library-garden peaceful space. I enjoyed staying in this little corner of Leshan. It is conveniently located also relative to the riverfront, worth exploring. There is a busstop just 50m away, and many service conveniences as the university is in the vicinity with youth 'vibe'.

Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. There is a restaurant serving American cuisine, and free private parking is available.

All units in the hostel are equipped with a kettle. Emma is fantastic !!! She will help with everything .she can organize tours, transportation and give you all information you need. It is a cosy friendly place , not the modern chinese style hotel.

Very friedly nice enviorment- Helena (the girl who works at reception) and the other guy were really nice with me I felt like home. They let me use the kitchen to Cook and also they gave me info on how to move around the city.. they both speak english.. They also organize dinners together (when I was there I was invited at Dumpligs home-made dinner) and I had a great time ! Thank you ! Good quality/price- the area around has many restaurants and supermarkets.
