The hospitality was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, especially the receptionist, who welcomed us with genuine kindness and made sure we had everything we needed. The facilities were impeccably clean, and our room was both comfortable and well-maintained, despite the natural surroundings. The decor perfectly balances tradition and relaxation, creating a cozy, zen-like ambiance that makes it easy to unwind. One of the highlights of our stay was breakfast on the rooftop—a delicious meal enjoyed with a breathtaking panoramic view of the mountains. If you’re looking for a peaceful, welcoming place to stay while exploring the beautiful region of San Agustín, we highly recommend this hostel. The place is very comfortable and from the moment I arrived they made me feel completely at home since the staff was always incredibly attentive to all my needs which made a big difference throughout my stay and one of the highlights was the spectacular tour to the Tatacoa Desert which was perfectly organized and full of unforgettable moments and in addition to that they offer a variety of other tours that are just as interesting and well-planned so everything about my experience was smooth welcoming and enjoyable and I can honestly say it is 100 percent recommended for anyone looking to explore the area with comfort and great service.
