Welcome to The People Le Havre! Here, you can meet, sleep, have a drink and even work, in the heart of the most arty city in Normandy. Good location, nice staff. The child had a separate bunk bed which he loved. The hotel is a good value.

Hostel is in 2 blocks. Location is quiet and spacious with plenty of paring and room for kids. Not as good as one in cancale for small kids but probably better for older kids. Room was more spacious, the breakfast options were not as good as canacale but still very good. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Kitchen faciltiies were smaller than cancale but still plenty adaquate for cooking and storage room and common areas were very clean. electrical sockets were better located. Short walk into the village and approx 10 minutes drive to the white sand beach

The bus stop is in front of the hostel or it's a nice 20 min walk to downtown. The hostel common areas are comfy. The outside sitting area is super and I loved the chickens. The breakfast is great. It has a full kitchen and multiple sitting areas - I preferred outside. I would return again.
