It was a very cool experience staying in the Forum Mountmellick. The bedrooms were very clean and the beds super comfy. The kids loved the bunk beds. The power in the showers was super. The renovated church, kitchen and eating areas were all fantastic and there was a lovely calm and relaxed atmosphere throughout the accommodation. Our host Colette was extremely welcoming and a great source of information about the local area. The accommodation is a great base to visit loads of really great attractions in Loais and there are some lovely takeaways in the town too, so you can bring dinner back and enjoy in the Forum. Overall our stay was fantastic and we would highly recommend staying at the Forum Mountmellick.

Set in Dublin, 700 metres from Croke Park Stadium, Gardiner House Hostel offers accommodation within a 200 year old converted Victorian chapel. The bathrooms were regularly cleaned up, the beds are extremely comfortable and light doesn’t come through while you sleep, so you can sleep peacefully and wake up when you feel like it while enjoying tons of privacy. The beds are already made, so if you arrive late you don’t have to do the work of arranging the bed like other hostels sometimes do. And even for an early arrival, it’s so cozy to just be able to snuggle down. The kitchen is fully functional and spacious, I’ve had enough room for all of my things. The common areas are very comfy too and it’s easy to prepare drinks for yourself. I would say it’s really quite central as opposed to just close to the city center. Staff is lovely and I’m definitely looking forward to my next stay. Hard to pick a favorite, but I’m gonna go with Nixon. He was very communicative and tried to help me and everyone else waiting in good time.

Peggy Moores ligger i Drogheda, 8,5 km fra Monasterboice. Her en terrasse og en bar samt gratis wi-fi overalt. Der er desuden røgfrie værelser. Pub was crowded but they still took time to show us around. Very clean. Nice confo beds with towels and clean bathrooms too.
