He has great recommendations about Kochi and the Backwaters and took me several times for a ride around town and tea. All in all, if you’re looking for a stay in Wayanad, don’t bother looking anywhere else :)

Abdul was so helpful throughout the whole booking and was a great communicator. The bed and room were very comfortable and it was peaceful and quiet, which was perfect. I was in a 6-bed female dorm. Abdul helped me organize an inexpensive rickshaw to the airport. Try to eat a meal at the hostel. Abdul's wife is a wonderful cook and you're sure to enjoy it! It is also possible to get in to Kochi from Aluva by metro. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would use it as a place to explore the surrounding area.
