The customer experience that I had was exceptional. The personnel were very helpful with my early check-in and my other requests. The check-in process was very smooth and everything was good. The location was very good, close both to Bologna centre and main train station. The room and bathroom were clean and I would say it was a very good deal overall.

Your just feel safe here, don’t doubts about that! Then you have so much thing close, it’s a good place to stay
