Kagelow Mt.Fuji Hostel Kawaguchiko has been newly renovated in September 2015. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. There are shared bathrooms on the ground floor, and Mt. Wonderful stay and kind staff 🤍🤍 I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. But what truly made my experience special was the kindness of the staff, especially Minori, who was very helpful even after my stay. She kindly sent me my forgotten item from Japan with great care and attention. I really appreciate their professionalism and warm hospitality. I would be happy to stay here again when I visit Japan next time.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hachi Hostel from February 22nd to 23rd, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The tatami-style room was cozy and authentic, offering a true taste of Japanese culture. The highlight of the room was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of Mount Fuji right outside the window—it was like waking up to a postcard every morning. The hostel's location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The atmosphere at Hachi is relaxed and welcoming, with a unique charm that makes you feel right at home. The shared facilities were clean, well-maintained, and very practical for travelers. What truly stood out, though, was the kindness of the owner. They went above and beyond to assist us during our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made our trip even more special. I highly recommend Hachi Hostel to anyone visiting the area. Whether you're a solo traveler or with friends, this place offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and unforgettable views. I can't wait to return!

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hostel was squeaky clean. The bathrooms are either new or were remodeled recently and are in pristine condition. The bed in the dorm was very comfortable and cozy. They offer free bicycles, tea/coffee, and Japanese snacks. There's a lovely rooftop with lounge chairs and a view of Mount Fuji. Not a party place. Definitely, one of the nicest hostels I've stayed at. Highly recommend.

We're going back from Mt.Fuji and overdue for check-in, but anyway, we found the best solution and got the cozy and clean room for rest and recovery.
