The dorm is comfortable enough, the bathrooms are super clean. What I like the most is the hostel staffs. I feel very welcomed here. I reached around 8am, the help me with everything. Storing my luggage while waiting for the check in time. Then, they as well assist me with my booking for bus/van to Siem Reap. They even go extra miles on this booking process by suggesting me which is more comfortable, more value of money, help to engage me with the bus/van operator. I definitely will stay here again in future if come to Phnom Penh again.

The staff in the hotel was very professional and kind - I arrived earlier than the check in hour and they let me into the room without me even asking about that possibility. The room was modern and spacious. The hotel is very close to the Genocide Museum, mini markets, gym, restaurants. At the same time it was very quiet. I wish I was staying in Phnom Penh longer to enjoy Emerald Hotel!
