Em and her team were so kind and genuinely friendly, truly invested in making my stay perfect. Amazingly comfortable bed and everything was spotlessly clean. My first Norwegian breakfast was spectacular. Big thanks for the lovely packed lunch too, it made my hike even more special.

This family-run hostel lies by Lake Vangsvatnet, 1 km from the village of Voss. It has a TV lounge and a communal kitchen. Free WiFi is available in common areas. Check in was super easy and you can store your luggage before hand. The staff were knowledge about the area and what transport to take. Also the day I arrived the sauna was going which was awesome and a tremendous view of the lake and mountains really completed my stay.
