We loved staying at Yetupaja hostel! The room was comfortable and clean and well located, but the best thing about staying here was getting to know our hosts. Will and his partner were so welcoming and gave us excellent tips during our stay and organised all of our tours. Highly recommend

We stayed at Caroline Lodging for 4 nights before our Santa Cruz trek. The owners/staff were super helpful with our plans while in Huaraz, including where to go shopping for some warmer clothes and helped us with an acclimitisation plan. The room was basic but spacious and the breakfasts were fantastic. Good WiFi throughout the property and cheap laundry! We did a few day trips organised via the hostel which were all well run and good value for money.

Erik and his family were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They made you feel like part of their family from the moment you arrived. The rooms are simple and comfortable and the property is on a quiet street. Breakfast is provided in the family kitchen and we had access to cooking facilities and the fridge. We went on an 8-day Huayuash trek with Erik and the whole experience was spectacular. Erik is a very able and knowledgeable guide. He is eager to share his understanding of the mountains, Peruvian history and politics and the rich culture of the country. The food he provides is delicious and his equipment and organizational skills are excellent.

Tony's House Eco Hostel ligger i Huaraz og har en have, fælles opholdsområde, en terrasse og restaurant. Vandrehjemmet ligger 2,4 km fra Estadio Rosas Pampa og har en bar og grillfaciliteter. Carla, the hostel host, was amazing! She could always point us in the right direction when we had questions and was full of good advice for things to do in Huaraz and the surrounding areas. She even stayed up past midnight to let us in the first night when our bus was delayed 3 hours.

We where able to check straight in at 7am when we arrived off an overnight bus! and on the day we where leaving we had a 10pm night bus and we where allowed to have the room up to 3pm with no hesitation or extra charge!! We also planned hikes through the owners.

Tupac Huaraz ligger i Huaraz, 17 minutters gang fra Estadio Rosas Pampa, og har en have, et fælles opholdsområde, en terrasse og gratis wi-fi. Everything was perfect, it was one of best hostels I've ever been to. It's localised very close to the city center, the beds are very big and comfortables. The bathroom in the room is spacious and tidy and shared kitchen is also big. I was welcomed with coca tea as I wasnt feeling very well when I arrived. And the Lady from the reception was an ANGEL - I had problem with my flight check-in and she spend over an hour to try to help me with that, looking in the internet and asking other hostels. In the end it worked and she saved me a looot of stress. Thank you once more! :)

Andes Hostel ligger i Huaraz, mindre end 1 km fra Estadio Rosas Pampa, og har et fælles opholdsområde. I really felt at home in this place. I stayed for a long time and really enjoyed. The owners are friendly and helpful, and have they're own agency with good quality and prices, which makes it really easy to make plans. The kitchen serves as a really nice shared space, where I met the other guests every morning and evening, and made many friends. It's located near the center but on a quiet street, and great value for money :) Thank you for everything!
